Slushpuppy Alaskan Malamutes

I rebuilt the Web site for the dogs - it's designed for 800 x 600. The backgrounds on the pages are my dogs. This one is of Ooky in the kennel. We are in Eastern Ontario, Canada (near Kingston, Brockville, Ottawa, Lanark, Leeds and Grenville County).

Ooky is my fourth Alaskan Malamute. Her granma was Spooky (Ernie's mom), her mother was Pooky. And she is Ooky! I learned about conformation showing with her and we did very well at it. She has several different championships, several group placements and several legs toward various working titles. The VIDEO is now on YouTube and should work for anyone.

Yukonjak's Ernie

Ernie is a soft, gentle, quiet leader. He is the alpha and is neutered. Bert and Ernie are inseparable. While most male Alaskan Malamutes DO NOT favor the companionship of each another, these two are an exception. It gave me 'furry dollies' who are way more fun than Barbie dolls!

Dirty Bert

Dirty Bert is his AKC registered name and he is neutered, too. His breeder didn't have a kennel name so he is only Dirty Bert. Bert flew in on a plane from the USA. He wouldn't come out of the crate when he arrived. Although his breeders were happy he came to me, and I happy with them, both of us, and Baby Bertie, suffered trauma from shipping the Malamute puppy.
